Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an individual that has the knowledge and familiarity of general customer service principles. Must have the ability to problem solve when researching and dealing with customer requests.
Tools used to accomplish the goals of the company and our customers include MS Office applications: including Outlook, Excel, and Word. This person will also be accessing our customer service CRM system to view and update customer accounts. Professional and proficient interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications will be used in this position.
Strong time management, organizational, and team-member skills are required. A keen eye, focus, and attention to detail are necessary for this role. Individual should have good decision-making skills, have a strong work ethic, and provides others with the example of excellent attendance.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer service requests on a daily basis, along with helping out with other office tasks.
